include receptor

awx-ee includes receptor as part of the image (https://github.com/ansible/awx-ee/blob/b675d0c32231c64a3be39c3d591ea9cedfc9e037/execution-environment.yml). include in ours.

reasons:

• awx task uses awx-ee container. no official arm support. it is hoped that by including receptor in this container awx-task will start on arm host
