Automatically update KXStdio plugins list

https://kx.studio//Repositories:Plugins lists all plugins (deb packages) in KXStduio repositories. The list changes constantly. Some of these plugins are also listed here but probably not all those added since the initial import.

Maintaining this synchronization by hand would be tedious. We need a script that:

• parses the KXStudio plugins page HTML, extracts package names/descriptions/project homepages/VCS URLs
• Lists software present in kxstudio repositores but not listed here
• Lists software listed here as packaged for KXStudio, but not present on the KXStudio website.
