Feature Request: Ability to include local folder for photos/videos

It would be great if the user could add a folder that is on the phone for photos/videos, because otherwise you always have to wait until the photos/videos are uploaded and can't just quickly open the app and view the photo you just took. The app would check if the photos/video are already in the Nextcloud and if not they would be displayed but if they are already uploaded they would not be displayed. If a photo that is not yet uploaded to the Nextcloud is added to an album, it would automatically be uploaded by the app to a folder that is configurable in the settings.
