Make Installation instructions clearer and more modular

Installation instructions can be made more clearer by providing distro specific instructions.

Also, I feel installation instructions can be made more modular, as in we can have a simple "base" installation with minimal dependent packages. Then we can have an advanced installation section optional dependencies can be mentioned [for eg., Quagga]
