sample documents

Currently the sample documents are distributed as part of the tex input tree so installed even on minimal installations that omit doc and sources. I think it would be better to make them real documents with a \documentclass that could be distributed in the doc tree, and then drop the \नमुना command that loads them.

where you really only want to upload the package and I had to check the source code to check that it was safe to omit the tex files.
