Please provide the ProvidesPackage optional argument with date in [2020-07-30 v1.2 ...] format so that it shows in the log and can be tested with @ifpackagelater and friends.

Also the \NeedsTeXFormat on the following line can be dropped or if kept should be moved before the \ProvidesPackage (as other formats will already have given an error on \ProvidesPackage)
