Add ansible-lint package to the docker images

"For our testing pipeline we need to add ansible-lint package to the docker images.

Steps:

• Go to the gitlabprogect https://gitlab.com/ninuxorg/docker/ansible-fedora
• Login or Register on Gitlab.com
• Add the step to install ansoble-lint package into the Dockerfiles:

pip install ansible-lint
