Browser test suite fails with "Error: Can't walk dependency graph: ENOENT: no such file or directory, lstat '/builds/nightlycommit/twing/timers'"

This is likely due to this change in @sinonjs/fake-timers:

We should lock the dependency to 11.2.2 until we sort out the issue with browserify team.
