Add a synchronous flavor of TwingChainLoader...and missing symbols in the public API

TwingChainLoader was forgotten during the implementation of #465 (closed). We need to add its synchronous flavor to ensure parity between TwingEnvironment and TwingSynchronousEnvironment.

Also, a lot of synchronous symbols are missing from the public API, let's add them.
