`cache: false` does not work due to registered templates

(Version 5.0.2)

Forgive me as I don't have the full context of this library, but I'm experiencing the same issue as this StackOverflow post (https://stackoverflow.com/questions/67641687/cannot-disable-cache-in-twing-template-engine-node-js-express-js), whereby templates are staying cached, regardless of the config. My use case is that fresh templates should be picked up, without the need for a node server restart (LiveReload dev environment, etc).

I did some digging and the line here: this.loadedTemplates.has(templateHash) https://gitlab.com/nightlycommit/twing/-/blob/master/src/lib/environment.ts#L352-354 returns true for previously loaded templates (due to the this.loadedTemplates.set() added here d10a4539), which means the templates are not loaded again from source.

I assume that cache: false and auto_reload: true should always freshly compile the template source -- am I right?
