WIP: Define a "storagedir" abstraction to hold numerous similar files
We could use one of these for holding "junk" descriptors and unparseable things -- but we'll need it for having cached consensuses and diffs between them.
The 17.0 major release is coming on May 16, 2024! This version brings many exciting improvements to GitLab, but also removes some deprecated features.
