feat(deploy): surge deploy removal

This feature was here mainly for testing and is quite different from the
other method.

In order to simplify and then, optimize the process, we decide to remove
this feature.

You can still create your own deploy script using surge and the
nexylan/ci configuration variables.

BREAKING CHANGE: Surge deploy support is not provided anymore.
