feat: parallel build option

The parallel build is disabled by default because it can produces not
productive weird build behaviors on most of project.

Plus, it is quite hard to understand why the build performance is
decreased at first usage.

So it is safer to have this disable as default but available for some
specific configurations.

This may be considered as a breaking change but it wont because it will
not break the main building workflow.
