Remove Center of Mass Calculation

The center of mass calculation naively assumes a non-toroidal space, leading to a poor representation of the center of mass that is not useful. It should be removed so that the code present in the repo is precisely the code that serves a useful function, and so that the program is not performing an unnecessary calculation each frame.
