TTL of records
When entering or changing a record's TTL through netmagis, one always receives a "The modification has been stored in database. It will be available on DNS..." message whatever the given value of the TTL. Nevertheless the SOA can have a minimal TTL value, in which case the given TTL will not be used and the value will be forced to the minimal TTL. Netmagis should know about a minimal TTL in the DNS config and warn a user if he sets a record's TTL under this value or reject such a change.
