Blowdown tool issues

1. Add flexibility to the graphs so that few calculations can be compared at one if possible.
2. view value scrolling not working properly on SAFARY (comment)
3. Tlim should not allow to be more than T1 check should be added. IF Tlim>T1 THEN Show message "Tlim should be less than T1!"
