live data Time returns 24:XX rather than 00:xx for 12M
Came across an issue when I was up one night, looks to me like the time being returned from the api is 24:00, instead of 00:00, for 12am. Doesn't seem right to me to have 24:00 but I guess it needs to be handled?

Looking at the api documentation it looks like 24:00 is mentioned a few times.
