Add production and dev environments to handle Pages base url
Pages currently serves our staging site at https://neal.strobl.gitlab.io/wsu-adventurers-guild/ but BrowserRouter wants to serve everything at https://neal.strobl.gitlab.io/
Max: ...It looks like I'm getting an issue on the staging site (https://neal.strobl.gitlab.io/wsu-adventurers-guild/) so I might have something else that needs fixing before it's "ready." Actually....does it work for you? I logged in and logged out and now everything looks fine
Neal: uh, so This is Router business when you click the 'agwsu' link, it takes you to the root page '/', aka https://neal.strobl.gitlab.io/ but if you try to access that directly, you get a 403 error I'm not sure how to fix that, as the router expects the landing page to be the top level default page I could change how the router works to make the staging site work correctly [...] we can have a configuration file that switches between developer and production modes
Max: Yeah, it looks like the 404 page is mapped but it's at wsu-adventurers-guild/404 and not at / which...okay sure
Neal: that makes sense. The project should really all be under /wsu-adventurers-guild/ Here's a post about creating different environments, if you want to take a look at it: https://serverless-stack.com/chapters/environments-in-create-react-app.html
