Maintenance status and upstream repository

Hello,

there's very little activity on this crate and the bindings and I'd like to get some clarification on the status. I'm confused re the source of truth for the on crates.io published version of this crate. Thereis github.com/jeikabu/nng-rust listed but @neachdainn is the owner of the crate.

I created !35 but I'm unsure if it's picked up or not. Shall I create a MR here?
