Modules missing in CentOS7 and Alma 9.1 images

Following packages need to be added to CentOS7 (and/or Alma 9.1 images) in order to be able to build latest (rawhide) version of nicadist. Don't close this issue until noticed.

texinfo is installed via command dnf --enablerepo=crb install texinfo
