ci: Update to latest lcitool, for FreeBSD-current

libvirt-ci had recently moved freebsd-13 to 13.2, while leaving
freebsd-current at 13-0-snap.  Now that 14-0-snap is available, it's
time to start testing there.

Regenerate the CI build scripts with:

  ../libvirt-ci/bin/lcitool manifest ci/manifest.yml

using libvirt-ci @e7ba0d42 (libvirt/libvirt-ci!428
