New option 'parseAfterEveryWord' in properties file which determines
whether DepTreeViewer should parse incrementally (after finishing a
word). This option already exists in the preferences but was not
persistent.

Added advice on disabling predicates for incremental processing when
usinge DepTreeViewer or AnnoViewer.

Setting for 'partial' checkbox in DepTreeViewer now defaults to
whether predicate partial is enabled (is enabled by default).

Pressing Enter in input field triggers the same action as pressing the
Parse button.

The predicate equals always returned true for lexeme nodes and
therefore the predicate not equal always returned false. This bug
seems to not have affected parsing with deutsch.cdg: The only
evaluation which returned a false result is when evaluating whether
two unequal lexeme nodes are unequal as in "X@id != Y@id" or "X^id !=
Y^id". deutsch.cdg seems to not contain comparisons for inequality
between lexeme nodes.

Added an option to DepTreeViewer which sets whether a sentence is
complete or partial.

Replaced KeyListener for input text field with DocumentListener to
facilitate copy and paste input.

Gui now largely works against a small interface instead of the whole
jwcdg stuff.  Some functionality is not yet moved.

DepTreeGenerator is gone.
