Rework bible chapter presentation

The current Bible chapter presentation inserts selectable verse numbers inline before the verse text. A more common presentation when presenting independent verses, like we do, is to visually isolate the verses in a dedicated column.

Additionally, excluding the verse ids from selection avoids cluttering the selected text.
