Is there a reason why this doesn't work with Sui?

I don't have Shizuku installed because my device is rooted so I have Sui instead. Every app I have used so far that requires Shizuku works just fine with Sui but Batt is giving me a hard time. I even went into Sui settings and have the app allowed manually (which usually helps for some picky apps) but Batt still keeps asking for Shizuku
