Update the Makefile for tests run from ci.yml

Hi, cl-naive-store was missing the ci.yml so I added it but
the tests are not creating the junit-results.xml but the
makefile for store and for example queue (which works) differ
to much for me to make a confident attempt at fixing it
can you please have a look
