[Devops] Document infrastructure

Description

Currently, only few people on the team know how our infrastructure works.

The Problem

In the case of an incident, only a few people can resolve the issue. If those people are unavailable, the incident is going to remain for longer than it needs to.

Background/Current State

Our documentation is pretty lacking currently.

Solution

Document how our infrastructure works, and put together onboarding material so that developers can learn our DevOps flow, leading to more people who can resolve future issues.
