ToDo from meeting 9 May 2021

• Reimplement disable/enable connections with 0 weight representing a disabled connection
  • Adjust topological sort; sort out NaN and 0 values
  • Make sure enabled connections will never have a weight of 0.
  • Do other adjustments
• Remove cantor pair scheme, replace with an Innovation class holding information about from node and to node.
