All permissions on bridged rooms set to -1 after relinking (You don't have permission to send messages in this room)

Hello

Fixed an old install that was running with an invalidated token by relinking it However it seems that all the permissions in every room for my user got set to -1 meaning i have "You don't have permission to send messages in this room" error.

Issuing a adminme [internal room id] seems to fix it but not sure why this happens in the first place.
