Improve AGPS message

When "Reload AGPS data" is selected "AGPS data reload requested" message appears. Some users (like me for example) may assume that it succeeded (because there is no error).

After some reading I realized that there is no way to determine the status of this operation. This is not obvious so I would make it explicit and change the message e.g. to:

AGPS data reload requested. Please keep in mind that Android API doesn't provide information if this operation succeeded.
