Precompiled version

Tibi looks like a promising toy for teaching computational electrochemistry.

A precompiled version (that could be installed with pip) would be great for playing with ASE+TIBI.

It took me an hour to install tibi in a colab notebook. I would love to use tibi for my computational course as an alternative to GPAW, TBLITE, and OC20. However, the current installation with compilations of libxsmm and tibi would scare students.
