File listing broken if short month name is variable length

File listing columns are no longer aligned if the locale's short month name is variable length (or it could be it does that for any longer than 3 letter names).

My setup:

LANG=ru_RU.UTF-8
FreeBSD 11.2-RELEASE-p4
FreeBSD clang version 6.0.0 (tags/RELEASE_600/final 326565) (based on LLVM 6.0.0)
Mutt 1.10.1 (2018-07-13)
