Reply/group reply functions choose wrong email when replying to myself with a reply to

This bug still exist as of today (1.14.4) https://bugs.debian.org/433829

I have a mail like this:

From: Raphael Hertzog hertzog@debian.org Subject: Bug#408708: Installation of asterisk-config before/without asterisk package will not create the asterisk user To: Debian Bug Tracking System submit@bugs.debian.org Reply-To: Raphael Hertzog hertzog@debian.org, 408708@bugs.debian.org

I use "reply" or "group reply" and I always end up with a reply to "submit@bugs.debian.org". I expect "reply" to respect the "Reply-To" and let me respond to 408708@bugs.debian.org.

Of course "hertzog@debian.org" is known to mutt as being one of my emails.
