We need to add a mechanism to where it doesn't ask for feedback If you don't have a device connected. With the mutesync acquisition we are getting tons of request from their software only users and its hard to know what are the paid users vs the free users. They have features in the app that the free users are using but most of these people are not paying customers and they end up submitting feedback that gets in the way of the paying customers. We have way less as a percentage of users that are not also users of our hardware.
