Project Mwnci - Updated some of the integration config files so we better describe the functions and package available. Ensures that the package requires OOo 4.0 or greater in order to function.

Also installed the OWASP dependent package vulnerability check so we can keep up to date on the vulnerabilities incorporated in to this package.
