It seems that I added this to support Android 4 platform.
Let's see whether this is indeed the case.

mainly to keep the tag and the version name in sync.

The app seems to work reasonably well on Android 4.4, 5, 8, and 10.
The sound assets come from my Ubuntu installation,

The Makefile is very rudementary, but seems to work well enough
on my Ubuntu system. But it should be replaced with something proper...

The origin of the files can be inferred by their filename, i.e. the
number in the URL can be replaced with the number found in the filename.

The Pixabay licence current states that we can futher use, distribute,
modify, and distribute modified versions given that we don't offer
wallpapers or the like, picture someone in a defamatory way, or endorse
certain products.
We do none of that.
