Failed data display when using High-resolution demultiplexed ion mobility data from Agilent's 6560 IMS-QTOF

The final problem is the one we already discussed during ASMS, and

concerns High-resolution demultiplexed ion mobility data from Agilent's 6560 IMS-QTOF. I have added a PDF with a paper on this processing software and a powerpoint with some figures as examples. The problem here is that the DT vs m/z colour map does not display this data properly along the m/z dimension, leading to a selection of weird "smears" within this 2D plot that make it impossible to gain any m/z values from this plot. The 1D plots of m/z and DT of the same file display just fine, and I have included comparisons to agilent's IM-MS browser, which does display this 2D plot properly. I have also added a link to a google drive folder with the data set that I used for this example (all steps of processing and the mzML of the final), feel free to look at that, the analyte of interest elutes at 2.1-2.4 with [M+H]=999, [M+Na]=1021, and in-source collision fragment 657.23 m/z. I have tried a variety of processing settings (in the PNNL preprocessor, the HRdm, and MSconvert), but all data turns out like this after demultiplexing. It could very well be a problem with conversion to mzML by MSconvert as well, but I found it strange that only the 2D color map is affected and the 1D plots of DT and m/z do look fine, so hopefully you can find out more.
