Crashes when reopening a window previously closed

• When closing a window, trying to reopen it results in a crash. For me, this mostly affects the color-map windows, as I usually don't constantly need them, so I close them to get them out of the way. When I later want to reopen that same window, the software either crashes or refuses to open the window until I close and restart.
