GPU crashes under high load

This can be observed by playing a 3D game such as SuperTuxKart or Android games under Waydroid. When the GPU crashes everything on the screen appears to freeze and dmesg is spammed full of hangcheck messages from msm-drm.

While looking through some SDM660 stuff I found out it has much lower top frequencies for the GPU due to lacking support for the GPU regulator with similar symptoms when enabled. This should be checked soon!
