File `share/mime/packages/mrf-devteam.spectralviewer.xml` errorneous: "XML declaration allowed only at the start of the document".

The file /usr/share/mime/packages/mrf-devteam.spectralviewer.xml seems to be errorneous.

When I install ↗ the Arch Linux package, in the post-processing I get the following error:

/usr/share/mime/packages/mrf-devteam.spectralviewer.xml:2: parser error : XML declaration allowed only at the start of the document
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
     ^
Failed to parse '/usr/share/mime/packages/mrf-devteam.spectralviewer.xml'

Since the Arch Linux packaging does not do any specific creation or copying of this file (it just uses make and make install), this looks to me like an upstream and not a packaging bug, so I report it here.
