Set inline citation options when importing from JATS XML

Following on from #34, there may be inline citations that have been generated using non-standard options that can't be recorded in the JATS XML (i.e. the options given to citeproc-js for formatting an inline citation).

It may be possible to guess these options by examining the contents of each xref[ref-type="bibr"] element in the XML when importing.
