White-space between elements in bibliography items lost in some citation styles
When using a numeric citation style such as Nature, the
.csl-entry element (with
display: table-row) contains two elements -
.csl-left-margin (the number) and
.csl-right-inline (the text) - so the display is fine.
When using an author-year citation style such as PeerJ, the
.csl-entry element contains only the text, and the
display: table-row style causes white-space between those elements to be lost.
There needs to be a better way of properly aligning the bibliography item number and text that will cover all the possible arrangements of elements.
