WIP: Add font family selection to paragraph styles
This allows the font family to be selected for elements and section headings, currently from a short list of fonts that should be available everywhere.

The 17.0 major release is coming on May 16, 2024! This version brings many exciting improvements to GitLab, but also removes some deprecated features.
