Space-less comments lack context

A user complained on Crisp that their collaborator had made a number of comments, but the comments lacked any context about what they were referring to.

From playing around in the editor, I found that if you create a comment while the selection is collapsed, that the comment is created without any visible text, and there is no visual way to associate it with the region of text to which it refers.

We should also have the ability to scroll to particular comment and to highlight it by clicking on it.
