A manuscript with an ampersand in the title fails to export via Pressroom
To reproduce:
- Create a new project with an empty manuscript
- Enter a title for the manuscript containing an ampersand (e.g. "Fish & Chips")
- Export the manuscript to PDF, DOCX or Markdown
