* Enable cross-building using sbuild:
- Use python3:native, thus using the native python installation to run the
audio generation script. Thanks Helmut Grohne for the tip!
- Do not run tests if the cross build profile is being used.
* Do not set the patient's name and surname in the plot's windows title
