Rename mock tests in morley-client
Clarification and motivation
To test morley-client
functionality we have several handlers
which emulate tezos RPC API (see morley-client/test/TestM.hs
and morley-client/test/Util.hs
). They have some logic and state that they modify.
There is a naming confusion here because we call this approach mock tests (e.g runMockTest
, MockState
), but it's a bit wrong to call it mock testing, because our "mocks" have some business logic inside them. Mock that has some business logic is more correctly called a fake
.
I propose to do the renaming so that there's no confusion (e.g MockState -> FakeState
, runMockTest -> runFakeTest
:coolstory:)
Acceptance criteria
- Mentions of mocks in
morley-client/test
are replaced tofake
