More precise position of currently executed instruction

Description

Recently VSCode started showing me a marker at the position of the currently debugged instruction.

However, in some edge cases, it does not work well. For instance, at the end of the execution I see the marker twice before the final PAIR instruction, and then the termination ends. It would be nice to show the marker right after the instruction as last step, or something like that.
