Support more types in .pvd IDL files

Primitive types.

  • float: 32 bit floating point number.

Complex Types.

  • any: Binary with message type info and utilities to extract and create.

And add annotations that can be used for serializing consistently to & from proto3.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
