Recent activity is shown by default on Communities, which can be confusing

When viewing a new community, I think it makes sense to show the collections first, so you can browse what's there, or intended to be there.

Currently, because "Recent Activity" is shown first ... the community can look empty at first glance even if it has a lot of stuff in it.
