[Suggestion] Split first sign up screen into 2 steps

How about we split the first sign up screen into 2 steps (partly because in the back-end a ‘user’ is distinct from a profile so that in future a user may have several profiles, e.g. having one for their organisation):

• Step 1. user: Email / password
• Step 2. profile: Name / Emoji ID / Location / etc
